You don’t need a whole building to work on your scooter, but it sure is nice to have a place to park. I had neither, so the only choice was to suffer or build one. Since building is a skill I learned from gramps and dad, I built one.

I built it to serve as parking space for my Chetak and my BMW motorcycle, and all my mechanic tool items, and my fishing gear, and some other stuff too! Yep, it crowded now, but organized and functional. I have some pics on My Flickr page of it being built.

In the spring of the next year I closed in the front porch and added the concrete floor. Here she is today.

She’ll get some paint on the front in a few weeks, the Honda on the left will be gone, then tons of room for video shooting.
